Ok, the total queen at right not withstanding...who was the leathery blonde? It looked like Courtney Love and CC Deville had a terrible one-night stand and that...thing is the end product.
Apparently he is a famous hairstylist in hollywood. Actually, there is a really funny clip on youtube with Bruno (aka Sacha Baron Cohen) interviewing this idiot.
Good call on the parentage tho!
